Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?

PAN Studios grants Client a non-exclusive, limited, perpetual, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Work Product for Client’s Personal Use, provided Client does not remove any attribution or copyright notices included by Photographer. “Personal Use” includes (i) posting on Client’s personal social media; (ii) personal creations such as scrapbooks, albums and gifts; (iii) printing and non-commercial display; and (iv) personal communications such as family newsletters, email and holiday cards. Client will not make any other use of the Work Product, including commercial sale, without Photographer’s prior written consent.

Do you charge by the hour or is there a flat rate for the entire event?

$150 flat fee for our mini sessions.

What are the rules for the VIP Referral Program
  1. Each VIP receives one personal code when requested. Anyone who books a mini session with the code receives 10% off that session. The code is valid for one session per household.
  2. A completed booking is a booking made with the code that has been paid and attended. Cancelled, no-show, refunded and complimentary sessions do not count. A rescheduled session counts once attended. [The VIP’s own bookings count toward the 5.]
  3. When a VIP’s code has 5 completed bookings, the VIP may claim one free mini session by emailing contact@panstudios.ca. The free session is subject to available spots and must be booked within 3 months of claiming. A VIP may earn up to 1 free session per holiday season.
  4. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be transferred, and apply only at booking.
  5. PAN Studios’ records of code use are final. PAN Studios may void a code or reward for misuse, such as fake or duplicate bookings.
  6. PAN Studios may change or end the program on 30 days’ notice. Rewards already earned will be honoured.
  7. Free sessions are provided on the terms of the Mini Session Photography Services Agreement, including its cancellation and no-show rules.
